Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment only.
Emergency cases always receive top priority, which is why an occasional appointment delay is inevitable.
We strive to keep appointments running on schedule as best as possible.

For your convenience, we do offer the option of having a 'drop-off appointment'.
These appointments are available Monday through Friday and allow you to drop off your
pet as early as 8am and they stay with us through the day.
Our drop-off appointments allow the doctor to examine your pet in between appointments or during the middle of the day after morning appointments are over. Any tests, vaccines, x-rays, or other procedures needing to be done are performed during this time. 

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date.
We do everything we can to make sure all of our patients are comfortable during there visit with us here at the clinic. But with all new environments, some individuals still come in to see us very stressed; so we require that all dogs be properly restrained on a controlled leash or in a carrier while in the lobby or exam room for their safety and others around them.
All of our feline friends are also required to be in a carrier at all times.
Not all of our canine visitors are feline friendly.

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, cash and personal checks.
